Since I was a child, I wanted to get a Formula One car, but everyone was stopping me from that because they said that they are hard to control and not suitable for parking lots. One day this Formula One car was crossing my way and I wasn't able to say no...
Shipping:
I bought this car used, so I can't say anythign about that.
My setup:
In the time of brushless engines it would be easy to absolutely overpower this car, but your ally shouldn't, because it is a rear driven car that isn't easy to control, even if it get's faster.
Engine: 17.5T 1900kV
ESC: EZ Run 60A
Servo: unknown
Receiver: HK GT2R
Battery: Turnigy Nano-Tech Hardcase 4200mAh 2S 40C
This setup is fits very good. it raises fun, but the car won't get too fast and stays controlable. The ESC and the battery are a size too big, a 30A ESC would also be more then enough and with the 4200mAh battery the drive time is about 1 1/2 hours. Yes, there it starts to get boring ;)...

Build up:
To the built up I can't say anything, but the parts fit together very good and screw still has grip even it was used the tenth time. The tires from th kit are to forget, I bought some from Ride which are really satisifying. but you should know before that one set of tires is quite expensive with 60€...
Driving characteristics:
The Formula Ten isn't easy to drive, thats no secret. After a few batteries you know what to do and Formula One feeling starts. Despite rear driven he his very good controlable and sticks to the street. On a curvy track he is much faster then the TA05 because he is leighter and produces much more grip. The front axle is only spring suspended but the rear axle is spring suspended and also has a friction damper which is adjustable. To find a good setup needs some time, but you'll get a perfect control on the road. here is a short video of my brother driving it:
Conclusion:
Target group: beginner to professional
Finishing: ?
Driving characteristics: Very good
Price / performance ratio: Very good
A definitely recommendation if you're into Formula One cars!
