A car or a boat can noly be controlled good when using a pistol style transmitter, so I decided, beside my MC24, to buy a GT3B which is, beside the housing, completely identical to the following model, the GTX3.
Features:
The GT3B has two full proportional channels which are controlled with the steering wheel and the trigger. Also there is a third channel which can be controlled over a button, but it can only switch between two end positions.
Other features:
Expo
Dual rate
10 model memory
Travel adjustment
Center position adjustment
Digital trim with memory
Servo reverse
ABS
Automatic backlight

Radio:
The transmitter uses the FrSky radio protocol AFHDS which works very well. The range is much wider then the visibility range and if there will be a disconnect, the reconnect is very fast. Also the use of 6 times the same transmitter wasn't able to disturb her. More I can't say, but how when there are no problems?
Good to know:
Where light, there is also always shadow, unfortunately with this transmitter there is a lot of shadow. But lets start one by one: Expo is included, but it does not have any affect. The problem is known, but have never been removed. Surpriseingly I don't need any expo for driving a car, so it is not a too big problem for me. The second weakpoint is the charge jack. If you want to charge your batteries with a computer charger, you need to open the housing and solder a wire new. Originaly there is a short circuit prevention that only lets you use these typical wall charger with around 100mA charge power. And last but not least, the poti for throttle died in my one after about five hours of operation. I swapped it against a new one and that works now for a while.
Runtime of the transmitter is about 10 hours with 2000mAh batteries, if that is too less for you, you can change a voltage converter against one with a higher efficency and you get 20 hours.

Conclusion:
Sounds like much shadow, or? Perculiary I don't feel so. I can live with the disatvantages and I'm quite satisfied with the transmitter. He is good processed, feels good in the hand and the radio works without any problems. According to the price I would buy immediately again, but you must decide if you can life with the weak points.
